This custom cottage build in Little Lake started with a full demolition of the old cottage, and shoring up of the existing foundation.
The new cottage was build from the ground up by Burley Custom homes, from framing to roofing, plumbing and electrical. This Little Lake cottage build includes new tile flooring, drywall, and brand new windows and doors.
We built a new kitchen and bathroom to top it all of. This cottage has a new life, with an incredible view of Little Lake.
